1. Services Offered
KIN Wellness provides nature-based emotional wellness programs, including but not limited to:
Kids in Nature programs
Clay Field Therapy and Clay-Play Therapy
Men’s and Teen’s Coaching
Women’s emotional wellness sessions
Rites of Passage retreats
1:1 mentoring and art therapy services
All services are delivered by qualified practitioners and facilitators.
2. Booking & Payment
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
Payment plans are available by request for families experiencing genuine financial hardship.
Session bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment (or arrangement of a payment plan).
Prices listed on the website are subject to change at any time without notice.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by Participants: Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance for individual sessions. For term-based programs or retreats, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required. Refunds or credit may be granted at KIN Wellness’ discretion.
Cancellations by KIN Wellness: If a program or session is cancelled by KIN Wellness due to facilitator illness, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered or a refund will be issued.
4. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Participation in nature-based programs and somatic therapy carries inherent risks. By enrolling in any KIN Wellness program or session, you acknowledge and accept the following:
You/your child are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.
KIN Wellness and its facilitators are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the course of a session, retreat, or program, except where required by law.
Parents or guardians must provide relevant medical, behavioural, and emergency information at the time of enrolment to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
5. Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal information collected is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We respect your confidentiality and only share personal information when legally required or with your written consent. For more information, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].
6. Health & Wellbeing Considerations
KIN Wellness facilitators are trained and qualified, but are not medical professionals. Our programs are designed to support emotional wellbeing and do not replace professional psychological, psychiatric, or medical treatment.
If a participant is in crisis or requires urgent mental health intervention, we will refer to appropriate external professionals or emergency services.
